You've just gotta keep trying man. You'll get it eventually. It's been a long time since I've got it, but from what I remember, you keep stabbing the guy, and when you need it, eat the cake. While he pulls out the gun, eat as much of the cake as you can, and then immediately more your mouse to either the right or the left of the screen...all the way. When he puts his gun back down, eat more of the cake, unless you're at a good health rate, and keep stabbing him. Repeat. Once again, persistence is ket to this game LOL
